The Port of Aalborg owns more than 3 million square meters of well-placed harbour real estate, especially at the East Harbour which is close by the highway, rail road, airport and, of course, the harbour. All areas are approved for harbour and transport activities.
The Port of Aalborg real estate areas are close by the Central Harbour near the city centre and at the East Harbour ca. 10 km. from the city centre.
At the Central Harbour almost all areas are in use but at the East Harbour there are large areas available for expansion and development.
At the East Harbour there are plenty of opportunity for constructing new buildings and other expansion activities on the large areas which the Port of Aalborg Ltd. owns and gladly rent out as well as help cevelop. In addition, there are already taken care of planning for harbour businesses and therefore activities can start with prior approcal from the municipality.
We construct and rent out our property For example; in a close partnership with Royal Arctic Logistics we have constructed a logistical warehouse and administration building, which suits the needs of RALOG 100 %, both now and in the many years ahead.
